In December 2021, Camiros released a Zoning Code Analysis that summarized our findings after performing an assessment of the current Chattanooga Zoning Code. The purpose of this analysis was two-fold: first, the review allowed for a more in-depth understanding of the current regulations and second, it introduced concepts and approaches for potential revisions to be included in an updated Code.
